PROPER DOSING:
Use only as directed below or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Results will be different for each individual, although most will experience identifiable immune support within days of consistent application.
It is recommended that Immune 7® be taken on an empty stomach. If using simply for maintenance, take before bed. If nausea occurs, take with food.
Maintenance Dosing - no active immune compromisation:
1 to 3 capsules per day
Intermediate Dosing - rundown, stress, traveling, athlete:
2 to 6 capsules per day
Therapeutic Dosing - serious “dis-ease”/conditions:
3 - 4 capsules 3 times per day

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 20% restocking fee may apply. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@imaplehouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you made a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.
If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your account as follows:
You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20% of the value of the order as a restocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

Out-Of-Stock and Backordered Items
If an item you ordered is out-of-stock or on back-order, we will immediately refund you the cost of the item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
