SURO’s Maple Wine Vinegar is something else! It takes 1 year to make from start to finish. Made at the sugar shack artisanally, our Maple Wine Vinegar starts with maple syrup which is vinified into maple wine. The maple wine is then acetified into vinegar in a slow process using the Mother of vinegar. This ancestral method ensures that you get all the enzymes which occur naturally in the Mother of Vinegar.
